Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins and venue operations during evening/weekend events
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams for seamless event execution
- Assist with venue setup, cleanup, and equipment management
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees
- Monitor crowd dynamics and ensure safety protocols
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Document event activities and prepare shift reports
Qualifications
- Available for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (if operating venue vehicles)
- Basic POS system knowledge or willingness to learn
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
