Responsibilities
- Safely deliver packages and food orders to Oakland residents during evening hours
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and customer communication via app
- Operate company-provided vehicles following all safety protocols
- Verify order details and maintain cleanliness of delivery equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during each interaction
- Complete daily route assignments efficiently and on time
- Report maintenance issues or delivery concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and currently enrolled in a local educational institution
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Smartphone proficiency for delivery app navigation
- Availability for evening shifts (5 PM - 11 PM, 3-5 days/week)
- Reliable transportation to/from Oakland Express depot
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 25-50 lbs repeatedly during shift
