Responsibilities
- Delocate inbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels during evening shifts (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Resolve billing and service issues with precision and empathy
- Update customer profiles in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless handovers
- Meet/exceed weekly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate)
- Identify upsell opportunities for premium services
- Document interactions in compliance with PCI standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Minimum 6 months customer service experience
- Type 45+ WPM with strong MS Office proficiency
- Available 3+ evenings weekly (Tue-Sun schedule)
- Valid Pennsylvania ID for background check
- Ability to work independently in remote team environment
- Spanish bilingualism preferred (not required)
