Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening shifts
- Resolve billing, product, and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency
- Update customer records in CRM systems with accurate information
- Collaborate with day-team to ensure seamless service continuity
- Meet performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Maintain positive brand representation in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills with clear phone etiquette
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (30+ WPM)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced evening environment
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Houston location
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday, 4 PM - 11 PM shifts
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
