Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
- Manage inventory and maintain organized display areas
- Collaborate with weekend team to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with store opening/closing procedures as scheduled
- Support promotional events during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- Availability for evenings (5 PM - 11 PM) and weekends (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation
- Previous customer service experience preferred
