- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning support team to ensure seamless service handovers.
- Assist in processing orders, returns, and refunds.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Reliable transportation (required for commuting during evening hours).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Availability to work evenings, specifically 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
