Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns during evening hours
- Maintain organized store displays and ensure cleanliness
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless operations
- Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment
- Adhere to all safety and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Availability for 4-5 evening shifts weekly (3:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
- Reliable transportation to Columbus location
