Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently using POS systems while ensuring accuracy in cash handling
- Provide exceptional customer service through friendly greetings, product knowledge, and issue resolution
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, shelves, and product displays
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and rotating products
- Operate scanners, scales, and other retail equipment following safety protocols
- Support store operations by answering phones, directing customers, and handling returns/exchanges
Qualifications
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required – we provide comprehensive training
- Strong math skills and comfort handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments
