Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions during evening hours
- Process registrations, payments, and inquiries for community programs and events
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system with real-time data entry
- Collaborate with day staff to ensure seamless service transitions
- Support evening facility operations including equipment checks and safety protocols
- Assist with light administrative tasks and document management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with clear, professional verbal abilities
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for evening shifts
