Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to resort guests via phone and in-person interactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
- Process payments accurately and maintain transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Uphold resort standards for cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist with event support and special guest requests during evening hours
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 PM) and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset
- Reliable transportation to Las Vegas Blvd location
- Must pass background check and drug screening
