Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening operating hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash payments
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain clean, organized store appearance and restock merchandise
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales targets
- Participate in end-of-day reconciliation and closing procedures
Qualifications
