In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, providing top-tier support and solutions during evening hours. We pride ourselves on a modern, high-conversion approach to customer care.
Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on evening shifts.
- Provide exceptional service by listening to customer needs and offering effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and service gaps.
- Assist in training new hires to maintain high service standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to answer complex questions.
- Ensure a professional and positive representation of the brand at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and some weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting.
