Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Process daily transactions and maintain accurate records of all activities.
- Assist with inventory management and stocking during evening shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work evenings (shift typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry.
