Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and general information.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Manage incoming calls and emails during evening hours with a professional demeanor.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required as evening shifts may end late.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
