Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store goals are met.
- Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
- Handle cash handling and petty cash procedures with 100% accuracy.
- Identify and escalate potential customer issues to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome).
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
