Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a high-quality experience.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the evening shift.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate suggestions to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
