Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and via phone/email during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash handling protocols
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and store organization
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth evening operations
- Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
- Support promotional activities and special evening events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Availability to work evenings (minimum 20 hours/week, 4 PM - 10 PM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with POS systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
