Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization during evening hours.
- Answer phone inquiries and route calls to the appropriate department when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation is required (shifts end late).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate a computer or tablet.
- No prior experience required; we value attitude and work ethic over history.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
