Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers and clients with inquiries regarding shipping, logistics, and services in a professional and courteous manner.
- Order Processing: Accurately process incoming orders, receipts, returns, and exchanges using our proprietary management software.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels during the night shift and assist in inventory audits to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex matters to the night supervisor when necessary.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of transactions and nightly logs in compliance with company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift team members to ensure a seamless transition of duties and information.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Availability: Must be available to work evening shifts (specifically 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM) on a consistent basis, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Work Ethic: A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn are essential.
