Responsibilities
- Process customer orders with speed and accuracy in our high-volume fulfillment center
- Operate inventory management systems and handheld scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly processing targets
- Provide exceptional service to walk-in clients during evening hours
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and quality checks
Qualifications
- Must be available 3+ weekday evenings (Mon-Fri 4PM-11PM)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to downtown Louisville location
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- No prior experience required – full training provided
