Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer support during evening hours (4 PM - 9 PM)
- Process registrations, payments, and inquiries for wellness programs
- Maintain accurate records using our digital management system
- Assist with facility setup and evening event coordination
- Collaborate with day staff for seamless service delivery
- Uphold strict confidentiality and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students encouraged)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, POS systems)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Reliable transportation to Mesa location
- Availability for 3+ evenings weekly
