- Provide outstanding customer service in person and via phone during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
