Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized consultations and product recommendations
- Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions with precision
- Merchandise and maintain visually appealing store displays during evening hours
- Process inventory shipments and ensure stockroom organization
- Collaborate with evening team to achieve daily sales and experience goals
- Support store closing procedures including security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday evenings (5 PM-10 PM)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Washington State ID or proof of eligibility to work
- Passion for Seattle's vibrant arts and culture scene preferred
