Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front-desk assistance to guests during evening hours
- Handle check-in/check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service concerns with professionalism
- Process payments accurately and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Prepare nightly reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/reception areas
Qualifications
