Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours (3 PM - 11 PM)

- Meet/exceed quality and efficiency targets
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer literacy with MS Office suite
- Availability 3-5 evenings per week (minimum 20 hours)
