Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to shoppers visiting our Houston location, addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and handle returns.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing displays during off-peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the evening management team to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow.
- Handle cash handling duties responsibly and reconcile daily sales reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Houston location.
