Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and problem resolution
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
- Participate in evening shift operations (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
