Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries and product-related questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Update customer records in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service protocols and workflow efficiency.
- Handle after-hours escalations and ticket management during evening shifts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
