Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service during evening/weekend hours

- Assist with inventory management and store presentation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) and weekends
- Basic computer proficiency and cash handling skills
