Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor during evening hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales floor.
- Restock merchandise and organize shelves to ensure optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during the shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
