Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Manage the cash register and maintain accurate cash drawer balances at the end of each shift.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies.
- Collaborate with the front-end team to maintain high service standards and meet daily sales goals.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints with patience, empathy, and a focus on resolution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
