Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly upon entering the store, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies with patience and expertise.
- Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Handle cash transactions with strict adherence to company security and auditing procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations during peak evening hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; GED is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation is required to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
