Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service during evening operations
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins and appointment scheduling
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Support event setup and evening wellness program facilitation
- Assist with inventory management and facility maintenance
- Collaborate with evening staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Availability 4-10 PM, 3-4 days/week (including weekends)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic POS system proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
