Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the evening and weekend hours.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and folding merchandise.
- Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handling cash and card payments with precision.
- Merchandising: Execute visual merchandising plans to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory counts and stockroom organization.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow team members during peak weekend hours to ensure smooth store operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Schedule: Must be available to work evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and navigate the sales floor.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
