Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution
- Assist with event setup and evening venue preparations
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards throughout shift
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
