Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist with facility operations, including inventory management and light cleaning
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support event setup and breakdown for community programs
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Evening availability (4 PM - 10 PM, 3-4 days/week)
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- Basic computer literacy and POS experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
