Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Deliver outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and in-person during evening shifts.
- Operational Support: Assist with processing transactions, returns, and exchanges with a high degree of accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with the day shift team to ensure all operational goals are met.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain accurate stock levels and organize the sales floor efficiently.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college students are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, typically from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Technology: Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn point-of-sale systems quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
