Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entry.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment throughout the shift.
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise to ensure optimal product availability.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the evening team to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with closing procedures, including cash balancing and store security.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; current students are encouraged to apply.
- Availability to work evenings (3:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with ease.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Philadelphia location.
