Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor throughout their shopping journey.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Organize and restock merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Monitor store inventory levels and assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
