Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to evening visitors and patrons.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash management.
- Maintain a pristine and organized environment throughout the facility.
- Assist with event setup and breakdowns as required during evening shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the morning team to ensure operational continuity.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evenings (typically 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods.
- Familiarity with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
