Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor upon their arrival.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
- Assist in maintaining store organization, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support opening and closing procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide on-the-job training).
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
