Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Assist with client intake, documentation, and resource distribution
- Maintain accurate records using our digital management system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Support facility preparation and evening program activities
- Address client inquiries with empathy and professionalism

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
