Responsibilities
- Greet & Assist: Welcome customers warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by restocking inventory and folding merchandise.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and store policies.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team members during peak hours to ensure smooth store operations.
- Shelf Maintenance: Monitor product displays and ensure all pricing and signage are up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Experience: No prior experience required—we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Education: Currently enrolled in high school, college, or university (Students Welcome!).
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and responsible.
- Age: At least 16 years of age.
