Responsibilities
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection.
- Operations: Maintain store appearance by stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and clean.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale system.
- Inventory: Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and monitoring product freshness.
- Adherence: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
