Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to evening clientele, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability during peak hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly.
- Monitor and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
