As an Evening Part-Time Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience while working in a dynamic retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operational Support: Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions accurately, handle cash, and manage digital payment methods efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory counts, and report shortages or damages promptly.
- Closing Duties: Ensure store security, lock doors, and complete end-of-day paperwork and reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; current students are encouraged to apply.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings (typically 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well both independently and within a team.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects (up to 25 lbs).
