Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle cash and card payments with precision.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed information about merchandise and promotions.
- Restock shelves and display areas to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Operate equipment such as registers, scanners, and baggers to ensure efficient customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
