Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to evening shoppers.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
- Handle cash transactions, process returns, and balance the register.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with the daytime team to ensure a smooth shift handover.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling.
- Reliable transportation is required.
