Responsibilities
- Unload and stock merchandise efficiently and safely according to company protocols.
- Organize shelves and display areas to ensure a clean, appealing, and customer-friendly shopping environment.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries or product locations during peak evening hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and weekly stock counts.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks to uphold store standards.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure store operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to work evening shifts, nights, and weekends as required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory checks.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
