Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Restock shelves and maintain store organization to keep the sales floor visually appealing.
- Handle cash and credit transactions with strict attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the evening team to ensure store operations run smoothly during off-peak hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a calm and solution-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology.
